Partnership for Community Health

The TMF Quality Innovation Network has worked with health care industry experts who are interested in making a lasting change as part of a community coalition in their area in Arkansas, Mississippi, Nebraska, Puerto Rico, Texas and the U.S. Virgin Islands. From 2019-2024, health care leaders worked together, as members of a community coalition, to address the challenges associated with the following topic areas, as defined by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
