I was running an action network event, Understanding and Using Your Score Summary. As Victor stated earlier, it is my pleasure to share the stage with our partners from Safe and Reliable Health Care today. And they will be going over an overview of the score assessment, which most of you on this call have already participated in and have received your results. By conducting the score survey on an annual basis, which, again, is one of the benefits of joining TMF on this 4 year HQIC contract, TMF is offering you and our hospitals an innovative approach to build high reliability organizations. So again today, we will have the pleasure of having Jeff Donaway from Safe and Reliable, Dr. Don Kennerley, Galen Montague, and Joshua Proulx, who will be going over the score survey, giving you an update on how to read your reports. So first and foremost, everyone should have received a link from Safe and Reliable. And if you don't have it, please send us a message on chat and we'll make sure that we forward to you your hospital's information if you are a hospital in our first cohort. So we will be doing a demo of our report to show you how to read that information. And the chat is open, like Victor said. And so please let us know any questions that you have during the presentation. We have our subject matter expert with us today to help you and to help answer any questions that you may have. So with that, I'm going to turn it over to Jeff. And I already see chats coming in. So we will take care of those as they come in. Thank you. Jeff? Thanks, Vanessa. And we're so excited to be here with you today. I always like to give context. And just a little walk down memory lane so we can all remember where we came, from today's June the 1st. And if we think back over the last six to eight months, there was a period in quarter four 2020 to quarter one 2021 where we did a lot of recruitment. You probably started hearing about this program. You definitely heard from Josh, and Galen, and Monica around building your mapping file in February and March ahead of the score survey open period. And then you began to communicate and encourage participation during the open survey in April and May, thinking back to that the fund work. Early to mid May, the survey closed. Safe and Reliable began compiling the data and building your score summary report that you have in your hands right now. And that was sent out last Friday. Your email did contain a link to a video and a PDF to teach you how to read your report. And in addition, that's what we're here for today. Josh is here to walk you through a live version of that today and show you exactly how to read your report. And Don is going to talk to you a little bit more about the data and how to use your data to put that into action. So this is a very exciting time for us. We hope you're also excited. And Don, I'm going to tap you next in line. And you can kind of help to continue to build the momentum and excitement for Josh's report. You betcha. Thank you. And I apologize my camera's not working today. But what I say is going to be more important than what you see. But I'm really pleased to be part of this. And I think I also want to congratulate everybody on this call because you folks did a great job at being able to get a good response rate of-- or in some, an exemplary response rate. And this is going to make the data very valid. So great work on that. I'm really pleased to introduce Josh Proulx. It's really rare to be able to hear from the actual developer of both the survey and the person who leads the team that actually created the electronic application for this. I mean, he is really a guru and often the smartest guy in the room. So he serves as the chief data scientist for Safe and Reliable. But more than that, and probably more important for today, he is an incredibly good teacher. And so we're very happy that Josh could make time in his schedule to be able to present to you today. Josh? Thank you, Jeff and Don. I'm going to go ahead and get started. If you already saw the video that came with your reports link, we're going to go in more detail today, to go on a little bit more depth on exactly all of the options that you have when you are generating your reports. You should be seeing that screen now. And we'll get started with the summary report template. And this is the first link that you received when you were clicking on your report's release email. This report temple is the one that most people will share the results with, for senior leaders, and departments, and unit level leaders. It really gives you, in just a couple of pages, an overview of either your facility or a particular department or unit. And for those leaders, especially those senior leaders and those department leaders that don't have a lot of time to dig into all of the details, it allows them, just in a few pages, to walk away with the highlights in terms of what they should understand in terms of how the reports are-- you know, what insights that they should have from them. Then we'll go in a little bit more detail on an overview report template that you can run some more detailed reports on. So that you can compare, for example, all the different departments that have reports in your facility, and to go into more detail and perhaps compare across all the different departments and position types, the results. So let's get started on the summary report. When that first loads up, you'll have a link here that will give you some basic information on the name of your facility, when the survey was run,
