The next slide, Victor, if you don't mind, thank you, just really speaks to the need for this framework, or a framework, to exist in this shared lens in all the different units and departments, inpatient, outpatient, clinical, non clinical settings so that we can all accept the roles that we have and how we all contribute to the leadership culture, knowledge, and the learning system. And the next slide as well just provides a little bit of an additional list of the kinds of people that often get left out of this process that very often drive sort of success here. So quality teams improvement safety, et cetera, OD, finances, lab staff, exec management. All those different groups are part of this picture too. So it's not a clinical nonclinical divide. It's not an inpatient outpatient divide. This framework works in all settings. And I've been very privileged to kind of see how this can be applied in various very, very different kinds of healthcare systems all over the world. And so as I said at the beginning, this is always a work in progress. And I'm keeping an eye on some of the comments in the chat and fascinated to hear a little bit from some of you. And that will help us to continue thinking about this framework and continue improving it. But really grateful for you hosting us today. And hope that some of this was helpful. And I would point out just to add really [INAUDIBLE] quotes here, but this doesn't happen overnight. Again, being persistent and passionate about this counts for a lot. And being disciplined, it will take time. So give yourself some time. This doesn't just happen like a week. [INAUDIBLE] It's more like the tide rising slowly. But again, the goal of this is, again, I think this quote to make people feel better about themselves. Because they don't want to go any place. Because this is the right place to be doing things that matter. And so I think we-- finding a home and I think all of the leaders in organizations and the staff who deliver the care, I think everyone wants to feel good about what they do, and that they're appreciated for that, and that they can see the improvements. When Amelia and I go to organizations that have been on this journey, and look at another year or two down the road, it's amazing how different it feels on the unit. So perhaps it's a little like children who can't see themselves changing. But when you come into those units, it really is impressive. So this is all very doable. And again, be passionate and persistent, but also patient in terms of how this plays out.
