As a member of TMF’s Hospital Quality Improvement Initiative, you have access to learning opportunities that will provide your team with practical and effective tools to promote a framework for high-reliability transformation. TMF is excited to partner with Safe & Reliable Healthcare, a leader in patient safety and high-reliability services. Their HRO Framework uses the same Leadership, Culture and Improvement model as the Joint Commission, but with added detail to empower organizations throughout the process of becoming a high reliability organization.
