This call pulled us all together and it is exciting to certainly be a part of it. I am certainly going to turn the floor over to you at this time and we'll go ahead and get started. Welcome in. Thank you appreciate it. It certainly was the team after it pulling everything together today. As Victor mentioned, my name is Ann. I'm 1 of the team members here at help call the Institute. I want to set the stage for us here so that it's clear kind of the progression of things if you will. So the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services, awarded health quality Institute, the hospital quality improvement contractor project. It's important to note that math is also the designated quality innovation, network, quality, improvement organization, or what's known as the acronym Quinn by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services. For over 40 years has healthcare healthcare providers in a variety of settings, and prove the care for their patients. With the focus on improving lives by improving the quality care through federal state and local. Government contracts as well as with private organizations. As part of the hospital quality improvement contract. We partnered with faith and reliable health care. Some of you have heard from our, our partners with faith and reliable previously, but I think it's important to point out that there are partners in this work. Today. They are going to be speaking about the score survey or safety, communication, operational risk, resilience, burnout and engagement. As well, as as well, as through their learning sessions, they're going to be speaking about becoming a high reliability organization. Today's call, we'll give you background information, the value of this score survey. And how your hospital department can organize the within your hospital for us to actually administering this survey. And we refer to this is some mapping process. That's why this is referred to as the mapping call. And Galen is the score expert, uh, over the next few slides is my attention, uh, to really remind you of why you're here and why it's so important to to move forward with the mapping process. To remind you of the importance of score and and really what it can do for you and over the next few slides, Victor, you can move us forward. That's that's exactly what my intention is. So, by this point, you've been educated on score and you made the decision to participate. That's why you're here for the mapping call today and very quickly before Galen walks you through the, the process of how to map it. We just really want to put an exclamation point behind the highlights for you so obviously it hits on the domains that you see here, safety, communication, operational risk, burn out engagement. But what maybe is not as a parent, is the exhaustive work around the validity of the tool and it's correlation straight to the 5 star rating system. Score also provides the largest a burnout, a benchmark available in the industry and. In the end, you'll have access to best in breed diagnostics, uh, as well as data visualization tools to kind of see the themes and the trends across your organization.
