TMF Health Quality Institute is committed to protecting your privacy for a safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the TMF website and governs data collection and usage. By using the TMF website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of Your Personal Information

When you visit the TMF website, we will not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) about you unless you choose to provide that information to us. For example, if you choose to request more information from us or register for a training event or email newsletter, we will ask you to provide detailed contact information. This information may include your email address, name, home or work address, business name, telephone number and other additional information so we can best respond to your request. You are not required to provide this information and may visit our website anonymously.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose PII or personally sensitive data through TMF public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: TMF does not read any of your private online communications.

The TMF website links to governmental and private, third-party websites. Once you leave the TMF website, you are subject to the privacy policy for the websites you are visiting.
